WPE assists its customers in structuring private equity investments. The products range from traditional closed end funds in the form of limited partnerships to special solutions for institutional investors like family offices, foundations or insurance companies. In addition to the team’s know-how, WPE has access to a vast network of legal experts, tax advisors and investment bankers.

WPE currently has approx. 70 Mill. Euro of assets under management which are divided into three funds:

-Woelbern 01 Buyout with a fund volume of 21.1 Mill. Euro

-Woelbern 02 Life Science with a fund volume of 17.6 Mill. USD
  (life science – hybrid fund)
-Woelbern 03 ProKlima with a fund volume of 34.6 Mill. Euro
  (cleantech – hybrid fund)
