The Munich Elite-Report honoured our excellent performance in closed-end funds by ranking us in first place for two consecutive years. In 2007 and 2008 we won the Scope Award as the best initiator of closed-end real estate funds in Europe. In 2009, we were classed as an “Outperformer” for our Performance Holland Funds, which continue to develop outstandingly with a success rate of 98%. In 2010, the rating agency Scope rated the quality of management services at Wölbern Invest with the mark A- (High Quality). In 2011 we again achieved the excellent rating of A- (High Quality).

Additionally, in May 2011 we were awarded the sustainability seal by analysts FondsMedia. The FondsMedia seal underscores our long-standing expertise and the high quality of our products.
