Wölbern Invest KG is an issuing house offering a wide range of funds. The focus is on profit-oriented, European real estate funds which pursue a conservative approach, plus highly profitable development funds and funds of funds. At the end of 2006, we added the asset class private equity to our product line, and in 2007 Global Transport was the new addition.

Wölbern Invest is the initiator of the Holland fund product line and the pioneer of fee-based advice. We act in contemporary fashion, think progressively and always apply high performance and quality standards. We aim to identify opportunities and exploit them to the full. However, in the process we never lose sight of our most important guiding principles: independence and client orientation. Our independence means we can always accommodate our clients’ needs rapidly and precisely.

And our results have vindicated this approach: 2005 was the most successful year in our company history, but we were able to top this performance in 2006, virtually doubling the operating result, above all thanks to our real estate business.
